Song Description
Armamentarium has a dark, stompy, aggressive feel accentuated with a hard electronic edge. The beginning of the track uses machine-vox and lyrics with alert sounds to suggest things transhuman and technological, and then the song builds to set its pace with a hard, deep rhythm. The song sustains a tense, paranoid mood, and halfway through the track the music is punctuated with the sounds of gunshots. The end of the track implements fast, driving bass rhythms and ambient beeps and other electronic elements to suggest a disturbed medical theme. One of the most successful songs on Medic's debut album, "Armamentarium" received praise and FM airplay throughout the U.S. college circuit and was also included on the internationally distributed "Negative Impact v0.2" compilation.
