Story Behind The Song

This song was initially inspired by the frustration of being a musician with few connections and a desperate desire to make music for a living, against all odds. (Yep, it's just ever so slightly autobiographical.) But it also borrows from our current fixation with Reality TV...how we'll watch ANYONE do ANYTHING just so they can say "I was famous once."
