Story Behind The Song
I took a Mindfullness Meditation class at UW Health, and wrote the song from my experiences in taking the class.
Song Description
The song describes different ways of relaxing through visualization of flowers, brooks and trees, and the correct way of breathing. Setting me free of stress in the chorus is about finding peace through the above forms of relaxation.
The second verse is about the actual creating a place for the flowers, brooks, and trees for all to enjoy.
