Story Behind The Song

I wrote "I Don't Need You But I Want You" based the movie "Two Bits" protrayed in the early 1930's depresion period where a Grand Father teaches his 10 year old Grandson the meaning between a "need" and a "want" in life. A need is a hunger no one can ever fully satisfy. A want is a desire that lives beyond the day we die. I feel we all have a choice when it comes to love.

Song Description

A simple song about realizing you deserve better love. If the one you love can't show you true love, then don't carry the relationship on your shoulders. It take two to give and receive love.
