This is an interpretative song based on a man (Kayode, the performer) who is actually looking to find a wife in a world that exploits sex and short term "hookups" and one night stands. This is one expression of this sentiment and it occurs after another song on the LP "Are We Ready?!" that displays a break up that just occurred between Kayode and an unnamed woman in "The 27th Week". In that song, the woman kept lying to Kayode. He wants his next woman to be THE woman, thus B2B is where he starts this search, since he just dumped the other woman outside of a bar and got her an Uber to take her home alone.

It's about a nice guy that has to "push past all the pimps" to get to a woman that catches his eye. He is looking for a long term relationship that has progression to higher levels: from the bar to the booth to get into in-depth conversation and from the booth to the bed for more intimate interactions. The song implies going from the bed to the bride as well, though the song ends prior to that result.
