Story Behind The Song
Realizing that computers are here to stay, I thought it would be fun to write a song about girl/guy relationships and their attraction toward each other, using computer terminology.
Song Description
After coming into work for the day, a female co-worker is physically and sexually attracted to the new male worker. She offers to help him out with his workload. His body instant messages that he understands her move. Computer terminology is used to describe
the feelings and atmosphere. She is hoping for his attention.

Lyrics
HARDWARE
Words and Music By Judy Money Shappell and Larry Dvoskin
Sittin? at my desk, hear the telephone ring
A coffee?s in my hand the fax machine starts to sing
Kickin? off my shoes, I come in for the day
The E-mails on my screen they all seem to say
I like his Hardware
He can right tab me
I like his Hardware
So strong ?n sexy
I like his Hardware
Just give me a chance to prove my Love.
New guy sittin? right across from my space
A world of paperwork piled high in his face
I offer to come over, give him a hand
His body instant messages that he understands
I like his Hardware
He can right tab me
I like his Hardware
So strong ?n sexy
I like his Hardware
Just give me a chance to prove my Love.
Just give me a chance to prove my Love.
E-mails, faxes, printers out of ink
I don?t care what anybody thinks
Page up, page down shiftin? for the caps
I?d like him to take control and that is a fact:
I like his Hardware
He can right tab me
I like his Hardware
So strong ?n sexy
I like his Hardware
Just give me a chance to prove my Love. (Repeats four times)
