Story Behind The Song

My first solo composition since my former band, Shirley Temple of Doom, split a few years ago. A distinctive departure from the STD sound as the drums & bass are much more simplified, leaving room for my guitar (and vocals, eventually) to shine. Also much more upbeat than STD's music which was dark, intense, unrelenting.

Song Description

The concept is that everybody is the same...same problems, same life, same ups, downs, etc...I wanted to write something everybody (no pun intended) can relate to.
