I wanted to write a song pertaining to how people deal with problems in life. Whether it's the typical everyday stress of life or even addictions. The nice thing about the song is that it can pertain to many things. Everyday stress, addiction, troubles with a relationship (not being able to let go). It's a general enough song that just about anybody can relate to.
