Some guy who steals things is trying to convince us that it's all because he's misunderstood.

The DJ on the radio is spouting out statistics
about how my health is failing and my soul has giving up.
A lady from the government's evading his questions but we all know she's really messed things up.

I walk into the shopping mall.
Some guy dressed as a doughnut's handing slices of America to all the hungry kids.
So parents who just want an easy life can spend their wages on the very things they said they would forbid.
