That we are all looking for what we want in life, get wrapped up in it and sometimes lose sight of the bigger picture. On a more basic level; we've all seen things in a woman/man and thought they wanted us..and they were just staring at something behind us!

Song Description

Man sees every glance, every nuance, every movement by woman as indication she fancies him and wants him. Basically he's reading into what he wants to see and looking so hard he can't see the truth in front of him ...that she isn't interested (cant see for seeing).. woman basically saying we get so wrapped up in things ..pride etc that we sometimes lose sight of the truth, but then we all do that, and sometimes all get lost in life a little.
