I was preaching in a church youth service and teaching that God sees what's in our heart. He doesn't judge our clothes. So I removed several articles of clothing and my boots to prove I was still the same person. Later a student, Adrienne Quinn said, "I understand what you said and I believe it ..... but, Mr. Freeman, you have a "Hole In The Heel Of Your Sock." Later that day, with God's help, that song was written in 15 minutes .... start to finish!
Song Description
The "Hole" in the heel of the sock represents sin in our lives. But, through Jesus Christ death on the cross and our belief in Him, that "Hole" can be removed.
