Story Behind The Song
I have been trying to write a variety of music in different genres. As the lyrics came to me for this music, they had a 'high school' feel to me. So, I decided I would try to write the most bubble-gum, candy-apple love lyrics that I could, without being to generic. Please note..the word 'love' is never mentioned. This was on purpose and actually became a rule for future songs that I wrote. I felt it would challenge my songwriting to describe 'love' rather than just throwing the word out there.
