Story Behind The Song
I was trying to entertain my son while writing something for everyone. He gets mad when I change the lyrics to another person's name, which I do often in a performance setting to bring the song closer to the people actually present.
Song Description
A song for everyone even though it is called Kyle's Song. Learning how to be happy and count our blessings. Live a full life and eventually come to terms with our mortality.

Lyrics
Kyle?s Song
There was a young man and his name was Kyle.
He used to laugh and sing and play the guitar.
But then one day he played no more.
It seems that for him life had lost its joy.
But I know that he loved it so.
And I believe that he?ll grow.
To know that life surely must go on.
Even when a few things go wrong.
Everywhere he went every dime he spent.
It never brought him a thing.
What he was looking for can?t be bought in a store.
But still he kept searching.
Let the light inside you be the one that guides you.
Make sure you know before you go.
Make sure you know.
Searching for an answer listening to advice.
Wanting to find a master.
Not knowing how to ask her.
Still the things you see seem so real to me.
When will we ever.
Let it all go.
When will we let it all?
