Story Behind The Song
This is a song that I had the tune but no words. I really didn't like the song at first, then the song was put through 5 focus groups across the country of 35 people in each one and the song rated 86% on the scale that 9 our of 10 people would buy. It has grown on me since.
Song Description
This is a dream that someone is having where they don't have the hustle and bustle of the city. You get away to a quiet place where you can enjoy the mountains, trees and no one around you.

Lyrics
G C G C
1. Every now and then, I'll have this dream again.
G C D
Of our Hacienda in the Pines.
It's the place to be, Mountains far as the eye can see.
We could saddle up there and we'd ride.
Chorus
Em C Em A
Like the Eagle flies, on the wind we're soaring.
Em C F D
No city ties, Montana morning.
2. Here the cattle whale, it's a mile just to get the mail.
No sign of traffic not a trace.
Open meadows green, the wild flowers soon make the scene.
God paints the pictures in this place.
Chorus
Like the Eagle flies, on the wind we're soaring.
Here our future lies, Montana Morning.
3. A true country life, living there would be so right.
Our piece of heaven don't you know.
I couldn't ask for more, all I need is a good horse.
The work is hard food for the soul.
Chorus
Like the Eagle flies, on the wind we're soaring.
No city ties, Montana Morning.
Bridge
C#m F# Bm E
A chill in the air, the north woods are calling.
C#m A D F#
Warm fire over there, silent snow starts falling.
Chorus
Like the Eagle flies, on the wind we're soaring.
Here our future lies, Montana Morning.
