Bound.
I'm compromising all that I believe.
I bust my ass to earn the food I eat.
At least I know I'll never starve.

Wound up like a top, but not much room to spin.

I'm painting a picture and my canvas has worn through.

Why must it all be so complicated
that it ends up eating me alive?

Found a little crack inside my master plan.
The pressure's getting more then I can stand.
The dam can't hold out for too long.

Lay down on the bed that I have made myself.
I can't just blame it on somebody else,
but I don't want to take the fall.

I feel like I'm lecturing, but to an empty room.
So much to say but no one to.
Why challenge the way of things?
There's nothing you can do.

I'm highly intolerant of other people's views.
