Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song for my granddaughter who was just turning two years old. Her nickname was Neener but I called her jumpy because she was so active. I just loved watching her get excited and start jumping around that it made me want to start jumping and get goofy too. Her facial expressions, blue eyes and blond hair would make you want to hug her until she popped. Taking her shopping was equally entertaining. Even at 2 years old, she commanded the shopping cart. This is a jumpy tune that makes you want to go jumpy too and watching her always took my cares away.

A children?s song about an active blond hair, blue eyed little girl so active and cute that when she gets excited, it just makes you want to get crazy and jumpy with her. Also, this song let?s you appreciate that special gift children have not to have a single care in the world.
