Mark Of Cain is about a conversation with someone who is doing anything they can to try and fit in with the "wrong crowd". Tattoo's, piercings, Black clothing, drug and alcohol abuse all just to fit in..and not because they are being true to themselves..in the end noone is getting through to them..
