Story Behind The Song

The song was triggered by meeting up with some old friends after years of drifting apart... and then realizing how "real life" gets in the way. The 1990's was like my parents' 1960's.

Song Description

Back in 1993, I had an idea of things to come; that most of my friends would eventually settle into a life with 2.5 kids and basically turn into their parents. I knew I didn't want that so I chose another path. Looking back, I often wonder if I made the right choice.
