Story Behind The Song
As a normal high schooler, I was heavily involved with Homecoming and all of the events that occur with it. On the night of our dance, I was driving along with some friends and noticed the lights of the school, all of which illuminated the pitch black night. I spent that night dancing with the girl of whom I have adored for years and years, a girl in which I have always wanted to be with, but never happened. The story depicts me, a person driving towards the city about to have the time of their life with their friends and being with the person of their dreams who doesn't want the night to be a one time event, but rather an event that lasts forever.
