The author was literally driving home one night and witnessed a young couple walking in the rain and didn't seem to care. Inspired a song.

Song Description

singer sees young couple walking in the rain and just en-captured with each other. Asks his wife if she wants to go walking in the rain when he arrives home. A few days later it's raining and she asks him to go walking in the rain
