Story Behind Song: I chose this song for my new CD, "Nothin' But The Blues Without You" because of the story and song quality as delivered by Blind Willie Johnson, one of our best Blues/Gospel songwriters who kicked of this spiritual style in the early 1900s. The song also matches the Video storyline which reaches out to Veterans, First-Responders & their families, and the sacrifices they share. Therefore, this song is dedicated to all who have suffered sorrow & loss, but especially those have become injured in defense of Liberty or who have stood in harms' way so that others might live.
