Story Behind The Song
This song is fiction and non fiction depending on the lyrics in question. Mostly it was written to get over a bad break up. The goal was to be able to speak my mind and have some fun with all the pain involved instead of dwelling and feeling like the victum. It was very healing and a safe way to express my feelings. I highly recommend writing songs for yourself when trying to work out your own struggles and thoughts.

Lyrics
Every time I think of you
I write another blues to sing
I?m sittin by the telephone
Waiten for a phantom ring
Knowing it?s not you
But hoping by some miracle it?s true
Everybody says that I corrupted you
But I?m the one who tried and blindly trusted you
Every night I cry and try to comfort you
It?s funny how they can?t see the truth
Memories of you and me
Dancing on the bedroom floor
So sincerely consecrating all the promises you swore
Buy promises are lies
And I was blinded by your eyes
Everybody says that I corrupted you
But I?m the one who tried and blindly trusted you
Every night I cry and try to comfort you
It?s funny how they believe
The stories you made up about me
I feel your dead bee sting
Now you?re gone and can?t be wrong
And I get blamed for everything
Everybody says that I corrupted you
It?s funny how they can?t see the truth
Everybody says that I corrupted you
But I?m the one who tried and blindly trusted you
Every night I cry and try to comfort you
But it?s funny how they can?t see the truth
Ya, it?s funny how you can?t see the truth
