Story Behind The Song
My wife and I have been through many, many difficult times-like everyone. This song was made to help remind her (and consequently me) what we're here for. The "piece of the light" that we found in each other that makes the bad times bearable.
Song Description
One of the most difficult part of relationships, I've discovered, is just remembering why you love each other when things aren't great. That, however, is what it takes to make it through the tough times. This song was written for my wife, as a reminder of the significant feelings we share for her to listen to when times are tough.

Lyrics
Sometime
I like to keep it to that
We?ll have us the time to relax more
Feel every nerve settle in, so
When is it sometime again?
We?ve seen everything fall out of line
But, I?ve kept a piece of the light
That we?ve searched forever to find
It?s harder to sight every time,
Still
Pieces will chip from my mind?s eye
Wilt in the pretty sunshine
Smile and begin to cry
It?s harder to find every time
We?ve seen everything fall out of line
But, I?ve kept a piece of the light
That we?ve searched forever to find
And I say we?ll be there
And we?ve seen everything fall out of line
But I?ve kept a piece of the light
That we?ve searched forever to find
And I say we?ll be there
Sometime
Sometime
I like to keep it to that
