Story Behind The Song
I wrote this song for my wife's cousin's wedding. Her fiance asked her on a tropical beach, and when they returned, they asked me to sing for the wedding. Of course I said yes, and wrote this song in honor of the way they became engaged.
Song Description
Grains of Sand is a song based on the idea that the odds of finding someone that is right for someone else is a difficult thing to do. In fact for some seems almost impossible. Much like Grains of sand on a beach, with all the grains on a beach, what are the odds that two particular grains end up next to each other. Well, the odds would seem almost impossible, much like people. But just like grains of sand, no matter how incredible the odds are, it always seems to happen anyway.
