Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song as a triumphant celebration and tribute to all those that defy the odds by getting up again every time life deals them a blow which brings them down

Song Description

In the eighteen years that I nursed I saw many wonderful people that had been dealt a devastating blow of some sort and it was amazing to see how many coped and overcame the challenges that faced them. I wanted to write a song that celebrated their determination to survive.This is a fitting song for my charity CD Sparks Of Hope
