I don't know where this was produced but if I could guess, I'd say Nashville, although there are great producers all over the world. This has a distinctively excellent vibe, from the intro to the end. Fantastic lyrics, believably sung. It's a slow dance song and could easily make it into a movie, in my humble opinion. Love the keys and fiddle at the end. Favorite rhyme: day/put on the brakes. Tortured soul- great choice of lyric! I wish you every success with this song!

Nice sounding arrangement, both musically and vocals. I really liked how this song flowed. Being mostly a ballad style writer, I appreciate songs of similar styles. This is well produced song. I can see this having marketability to the right person if that is something that you are trying to do, or perfect for a movie/tv soundtrack. Nicely done.
The instrumentation yanks on your heart from the very beginning. The vocal melody has some incredible chord arrangements that lift the song from good to great. Vocalist has a great tone both low and mid range. The song is quite powerful and compelling.
