Lyrics

There's no end to revolution in our time,
Can't stop evolution with your mind.
There's a fine distinction between progress and extinction.
We're walking with no rhythm and no rhyme.

There'll be a price to pay now very soon
For knocking 'round a golfball on the moon.
It seems so disrespectful, so callous and neglectful.
How much better to have written down a tune.

It's such an ancient tale, just like Jonah and the whale.
Cain and Abel taught us how to build a better jail.
Once again my happy friend please, could you spare a dime?
There's no end to revolution in our time.

I wish I could control the wind and rain.
Wish I could forget my ball and chain.
Stop the world from turning, stop the Amazon from burning,
Stop whatever's causing all your pain.

It's such an ancient tale, just like Jonah and the whale.
Cain and Abel taught us how to build a better jail.
Once again my happy friend please, could you spare a dime?
There's no end to revolution in our time.

No end to revolution.
No ultimate solution.
No final constitution.
There's no end to revolution in our times.
