Story Behind The Song
My brother was at work and got into an argument because he kept separating the salt and pepper shaker - he said they were natural enemies. The person in question said, that's crazy name another natural enemy - PB+J.
So he wrote a poem to prove it to them. I got ahold of the lyrics and we giggled like school girls writing the song.
Song Description
Let's not pretend that this song has any deep meaning. The short description will do fine.

Lyrics
There's a lot of issues facing the world today.
There's battles on the streets, there's a battle in New Mexico. There's a battle up north somewhere.
There's also a battle in your kitchen. I said there's a situation in your kitchen.
Everyone thinks it's all I love you jelly, my name is peanut butter... It ain't like that - no - they're not BFFs they're mortal enemies.
It's time for me to enlighten you about the truth behind the sandwich.
PB+J don't lie to me - we all know that you're enemies.
One's brown, thick, and creamy just right - the other purple chunks reflect the light.
PB+J don't you lie to me - we all know that you're enemies,
Can't see the light then your mind is numb - Son grab my knife I'll show you how it's done.
We're gonna need PB+J. I think we're all agreed.
Two slices of bread that's all you need. One slice a piece spread 'em end to end.
Slap 'em together watch the battle begin!
PB+J couldn't lie to me - we all know you are enemies.
Maybe one day we'll wait and see, the three of us could live in harmony.
PB+J don't you lie to me - we all know you are enemies.
Even when we're dead and gone - PB+J let the battle rage on!
