Story Behind The Song
It is about a relationship where I often was trying to deal with my negative feelings, and I tried to express it though art (thus, "kill it or use it") because if the emotions are not serving me, there is no reason to have them.

Lyrics
Kill it
or use it
she said
need it
abuse it
she bled
she never claimed to be an angel
never claimed to be a saint
and if you hadn't noticed
I struggle in restraint
But can I hold that
against you? x3
cause I know your right
