Story Behind The Song

This song was inspired by a co-worker of mine that was promoted to a level of responsibility that I had to answer to. He'd bark out orders without thinking about the proper expectations, and nobody's opinion was a good one UNLESS it was his. Leading by accusation and intimidation, ultimately he found he had nobody on his side when things went wrong, and he no now longer works for the company.
