Story Behind The Song

I composed this selection after a serious back injury. Medication was'nt doing everything I needed at the time. Mostly sleep. I put this together for myself to listen to & meditate to sleep. Some other people I know wanted to try it on themselves and it just became a useful tool for that purpose. I now listen just to relax.
