Lyrics

Wishing Me Well

We don't write or talk anymore
I know it's all for the best
There are pictures in an album
In the bottom of a drawer
Last thing I heard you were moving out west
Now I don't even know where you live
But somehow I feel you forgive me

Knowing you're wishing me well
There's a peace now between us
Where silence once fell
And although I don't know
I can tell
You're not angry anymore
I know you're
Wishing me well

I once said that someday we'd see
We would be better apart
No, I never intended to revise history
But how can you foretell
The path of a heart
You once said you remembered
Only the good days
I hope you know
I do the same

Just Knowing you're wishing me well
There's a peace now between us
Where silence once fell
And although I don't knowI can tellYou're not angry anymore
I know you're Wishing me well

Really enjoyed this track........good use of strings.......lovely voice.....good work......

Nice instrumentation, love the soft drum and cello sounds. Your vocals also shine and suit this genre well. You sound like you could sing a bit country as well. Good job!
