Story Behind The Song

Written summer of 2000 in Las Cruces and Taos, NM, a touchstone to ward off the maladies of diabetes. Life is a miracle, and whoever said a miracle is easy! I attempt here an ode to the teaching of The Great Middle Way and it's fruit, Equilibrium. "The Flow" refers to the primary Universal force, entropy. Dedicated to my diabetes buddy, Kate Doyle and her handsome husband, Mike Doyle, and to Neil Young. Leads by Upton Ethelbah and Peter McConnell.
