Silenced is a uniquely sculpted rock quartet based out of Myrtle Beach, SC. The band formed in the summer of 2001, not long after creative songwriter, now front-man, Jeremy Dunham met up with Michael Pridgen, a seasoned drummer from the area. After spending a year "testing the waters" at the beach, the band auditioned many musicians in attempt to add more versatility to the songs. In walks guitarist Jody Lewis, and bass guitarist Phil Dunham, whose knowledge of song writing and experience on stage, completed the sound they longed for.

In November of 2003, Silenced released it’s self-produced album “Changes”. It features 12 songs including “Scattered”, which can be heard on several college radio stations on the east coast. In 2004 the current lineup released “Pieces”, a 4-song EP with enhanced video footage of a live performance. The new single, “Let You Go” has gained regular rotation on corporate radio stations 101.7 WKZQ and 107.1 The Sound (Myrtle Beach, SC).
