According to Webster, the great American lexicographer, music is the science or art of ordering tones or sounds in succession, in combination, and in temporal relationships to produce a composition having unity and continuity. That may be so, but for a special few, with Sharon Drury among them, music is a reflection of the so. A native of Michigan, Sharon began her love affair with music when only a small child. At just four years of age she began to pick out tunes she heard on the radio on the family's Baby Grand Piano, and with the encouragement of her mother, she studied tap and ballet dancing as well.
While still a youngster her family moved to California and it was there that she came under the tutelage of the renowned Leo Podolsky from whom she learned to refine her extraordinary natural abilities. With growing recognition of her skills, she was quickly entered in several piano competitions in the Los Angeles area, where she fared very well.

Review of "Night Of Wonder" from "Christmas Past"

A FLOW OF SERENITY!!!

Thanks Sharon for this most wonderful and uplifting music of a lifetime. Christmas is a day of joy when our lord Jesus Christ came to this lonely world and bring us the unconditional love from the heavenly realms.

PRODUCTION :-
An assurance of top-notch professional production quality that way beyond normal standard.

MELODY :-
A very emotional flow with this enchanted music that brings out the charms of the Christmas day. I felt the underlaying love and peaceful from this track and my soul is uplifted with a degree of sensational passion. My Aura field flows together in melody with this melodious music.

MUSIC :-
The piano itself is already so enchanting and enlighting. With the string ensemble and flute burns in the bonus fuse in the land of fantasy. This is a piece of great and wonderful music like Yanni's passion dwelled in the dreams of harmonies.

* EXCELLENTLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Review of "Reflections" from "Tranquility Collection"

Another wonderful piece
You really have a knackfor producing beautiful musical landscapes that have a very pure, innocent quality to them - or maybe that's just what it elicts in me. Regardless, lovely piano work; sometimes I listen to pretty right-hand melody, other times I just immerse myself in the ascending/descing arpeggios of the left hand part as it complements with the strings. The flute works nicely here too, and as a counter melody in many places.

If you haven't done so already, you should definately send this to film/tv production companies - would be great for soundtracks, and I mean that as a compliment as this kind of music is not at all easy to produce. Well done!

Review of "Mist on The Mountain"

Nice opening

A very subtle soundscape that envelopes the listener in tranquility.

Great pad sound and the violin/viola is excellent.

The song meanders along beautifully never wavering from its mood.

A very thought provoking piece.

Review of "Gently" from "Night Songs"

Nothing compares

Nothing compares with New Age when you need to find peace and relax. This track is so gentle (a marvelous title to describe the track), so well produced, so charming, you feel the flow of an autumn waterfall and the fresh water sparks moving in the air. Gently melancholic, wonderfully played and produced both in the front lines (such as the piano) and in the back lines (such as the ambient strings), this track is not just a new age masterpiece, but an amazing experience. I absolutely love it!

Review of "Angel Eyes" from "Beyond Time"

Beautiful tune

This track reminded me immediately of "Watermark"...same mood, although the melody is different.
The quality of the recording is very good and the melody is really pleasant.

A great New Age tune!

Review of "Angel Eyes" from "Beyond Time"

Natural

I love the flow of the melody which takes interesting but smooth directions in painting a picture for the listener. Excellent support for this is the underpinning arpeggios which ground the piece nicely.

A well composed and deftly performed track which shows a talent for expressive playing within the frame work of a nicely constructed theme.

Very good work.

Review of "Prelude in C" from "Morning Light"

Prelude in C

This is a very sensitive and beautiful arrangement of Bach's Prelude in C, an already brilliantly moving piece of music. Nice treatment of Bach and great depth of expression. You And Bach Rock! Great performance!
