How I got here!

Andrew J Titcombe was born in Belfast but now lives in Cumbria, N W England UK. He used to work for CBS Records in London and now shares his time between retailing collectable CDS & records from an online store & running www.looserecords.com helping artistes to release their own CDs. He has many years experience of managing artistes & songwriters.

As a songwriter Andrew co-wrote the 'official' team song for English football/soccer club Carlisle United when they had pole position in Division One (as it was) - quite a few years ago. He also co-wrote a song about Eddie Stobart lorries (!) that took British fun-folk artistes, The Wurzels, back into the UK Top 100 after many years of being off the scene. He is currently writing New Country material and has had songs in the European Country Radio charts especially in Italy & Netherlands. He has also written advertising jingles and music for radio programmes

As a business owner, Andrew has run an internet-based book and music mail order business for nine years. He has wide experience of dealing with Amazon & eBay and also in researching books and music for customers (not to mention friends!). He has also appeared on TV and radio over the last 10 years talking about Internet business especially eBay. In addition he was Project Manager for the Wigton Business Association - trying to help local businesses through this current downturn by showing them the online and offline marketing skills he has acquired over a lifetime of doing business
