Brian's passion for music can be traced back to early childhood and found in the countless shoe boxes filled with mixtapes painstakingly crafted. His mixes told stories, they were eclectic with intriguing themes where song transitions referenced life's moments filled with emotion. The music chosen held deep meaning and significance embedding subtext for the listener to discover and experience.

While earning his B.A. in film at the University of Arizona, Brian began to share his knowledge and love of music by deejaying all across America and Canada. In this way Brian brought cutting edge music to thousands of people while providing them with a soundtrack for their night out. Looking back Brian's early passion and love for telling stories with music has led him to what is now his calling and his job as a music supervisor and A&R.

Brian has gone onto Music Supervise Feature Films, TV pilots, Commercials, Fashion Promos, Trailers and Playlist content. He has worked with worked with artists such as the National (first music supervisor to have the honor to use their art), Mum, the Raveonettes, the Scanners, Wild Nothing, Old Canes, December Sound, Terrance Blanchard, Plastic Little, the Starvations with companies such as Warner Brothers, ABC, IFC, Sundance Channel, VICE, Beggars Group, Universal and with acclaimed actors such as Seymore Cassel & Elizabeth Moss (Mad Men) .

Brian's approach to music supervising is like a carefully crafted mixtape, as an art and story telling form. He takes great honor in depicting the human condition one scene at a time. Thriving to intuitively and effectively select music to serve as character insights, highlight human emotion and support story complexities. Brian takes pride in having a deep and eclectic knowledge of music across all genres and finding those rare, brave and golden music gems; working tirelessly, creatively and aesthetically to help bring scenes and projects to life. With a rich history of music's past to current trends, Brian takes great satisfaction in having his 'ear on the pulse' of music, steps ahead of the curve leading to unique choices with thoughtful insight, effort and customized choices for each production and elements of the story.
