Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media is scouting top Alternative Action Rocksports tracks for a high-profile, A-List Skateboarder-branded video game app. The game developer has had millions of downloads of their previous sports game apps, so the reach into the skateboard community will be immense, and help build your fan base. Approved music will be available to producers for non-exclusive use for the in-game soundtrack, game trailers, and menu music.

If applicable, on-screen credit will be given to the artist, as well as a link to the their website (left to the discretion of the game producers)and may also include an iTunes (or similar) buy link for the track.

Specific usage and licensing rate will be determined on a song-by-song basis. All terms will be agreed upon between artist and the game producers before any song is licensed for the project.

GENRES ACCEPTED: Hard Rock, Punk, Active Rock, Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, Metal, high-energy instrumentals, multi-genre tracks appropriate for ActionSports. Please, nothing dark, morbid, or negative-energy. High-octane,Positive Rock only. Think: Skate Video Music (look it up on YouTube if you don't already know what skateboarders listen to).

COMPENSATION: Up to $5,000 USD per track. The game producers are seeking 15 top tracks. If selected, you are guaranteed to maintain all of your rights. Rate offered will be at the discretion of the producers and depending the usage/duration of the song. Songs will be exposed to Skateboard / Alternative Action Sports fans throughout the world.

Final usage rate will be decided by the production company, dictated by duration of track usage, placement in the production and act/artist draw. All details will be negotiated and mutually agreed upon by copyright owners in writing once final tracks are approved. No transfer of assets will occur.

Artist and/or label and publisher retain all ownership and receive compensation directly via the production company. Details, deal memos, terms and conditions will be provided to those who make the final cut. Doug Diamond / Diamondigital Media does not meddle in contracts or financial transactions.
