Peggy Mann has been singing and playing music since she was a child. She was raised in the Chicago area and moved to Colorado when she was in her 20's. She has recorded over 250 radio commercials and has been writing songs since 1980. An Americana stylist she covers a huge range of musical styles . A winner of several songwriting and vocal competitions including 1st runner up at the GMA (Gospel Music Assoc) in 2008. Her Christian background weaves in and out of all of her songs and it is her commitment to her audience to take them to a spiritual and emotional place. Peggy recently completed her 4th CD called Grace Notes which is now available. Don't miss this one. It's her best one to date!!!

2008 GMA Winner!
Peggy took the 1st runner up title in the Gospel Music Awards Vocal II category out of 100's of contestants. She has just released her newest CD entitled Grace Notes. 14 songs of pure spritual joy! All the songs were written and recorded by Peggy in Mann-Made Studios in Colorad.Each song tells of experiences on her spiritual walk!

Peggy Mann is an artist with a collection of talented musicians.These backing musicians are strong and flawless.
Her Christian/Americana styling has its roots in folk and country rock with a bit of the blues thrown in for good measure.

She has great songwriting skills that remind one of painting a picture with words much like Joni Mitchell and Paul Simon can do so well.

She writes songs so that we easily identify with. The people described in them relate to our own lives. It is hard in this day and age to find songs so vivid in detail and so accessible to our own adult lives. Peggy is clearly a performer that has earned her following. Her previous 3 CD's weave stories of real people and thier real day to day lives. It's a beautiful thing to watch and listen to. You feel like you know her well when you leave her concerts. She is a great artist.
