If you are looking for a recording artist with many aspects to his music, well you have found the one. He goes by the name of zoe citi; his music combination is multifaceted. Born Richard Saint Preux better known by his stage name Zoe Citi, a Haitian-American hip hop artist from Miami, Florida.

On April 19, 1985 a strong beautiful Haitian woman, Cecile Saint Preux gave birth to Richard Saint Preux, the baby of three sons. He got most of his male influence from his older brothers. Zoe Citi also, learned most of his life lesson through the streets he was raised in. He spent majority of his childhood in Dade County, Florida, Where he grew up rapping in the youth choir at church. Growing up, he learned to write lyrics to convey whatever was on his mind, as a way of expressing himself. Zoe Citi write about his life experience and the struggles he faced being raised by a single parent. However, he did not really get into music until his older brothers introduce him, giving him a way to express his feeling, sharing his pain with the world.

Zoe Citi did not want to be catogorized as just any rapper, his making music based on what he feels at the moment. At 17, after performing at school talent shows, and community functions, he gained more popularity within his neighborhood and his community. Like most adolescents, he fell in love at a young age; however it was a short lived love. The heart breaks influence him to write lyrics about heartaches and falling for the wrong girls.
