Congratulations to Margaret McClure & Seventhings - they have won the 6-Pack Songwriting Competition for the second year in a row! This was definitely the year of the Seventhings, because not only did they come in first-place overall, but they took home the top spot in all six songwriting challenges! Margaret and the gang rose to each challenge and consistently submitted high quality and creative material. It’s been a long road to the finish and Margaret McClure & Seventhings have plenty to be proud of heading in to 2009.

For this year’s competition we saw a record number of reviews, with 33,000 reviews helping determine the winner. The leaderboard was a roller-coaster-ride that had us all on the edge of our seats right up until the very end.

Margaret McClure & Seventhings will receive 2 tickets to attend the ASCAP “I Create Music Expo” in Los Angeles, CA in April, 2009.
