The roots of Foster's music seem to stretch far, wide and beyond, from being raised on The Beach Boys, listening to Nirvana and singing in the Cleveland Orchestra Choir. It seems the diversity and turbulence of his life experience to date have done nothing but add to the depth and passion of his creation. Foster's sound has become a hybrid of groove oriented soul music with influences from hip-hop, classical, and gospel.
