LoverCraft is the sound of exiled Drone Ranger Benjie Deford (the Rangers are on extended hiatus to pursue other projects). These songs both serve as a platform for levitating above the normal power of sound and as lyrical expressions of American life. With equal parts nostalgia, sex, frustration and intimacy, these songs interweave musical vision with melodies that remain hovering above your mind lon g after the song has left.

A founding member of the legendary Drone Rangers' guitar/trance/sufic ensemble as well as the TransEthno Allstar Band, TransRanger (a.k.a. Benjie Deford) now showcases his electronic symphonies that he has been working on for the last 10 months. The Transranger sound is both nostalgic for the '80s, as well as for the horn sounds of the 70's, but is primarily based around a downbeat mentality. Most of the songs are densely layered with cinematic orchestration that flows into modern beat creation and MIDI improvisation.
