KITTY & THE LOST BOYS: FORMER RADIO 1 HOUSEBAND

JOHN GOVIER BBC RADIO DEVON on DRIFT "brilliant...love it..you could hear that one played on the radio next to any of the current commercial tracks..."

MIKE CHAPMAN (Blondie/Suzy Quatro): "You are singing great and looking amazing"

BOY GEORGE: "Very cool, Blonde-esque vibe, yeah, loving your rock!"

AL GOMES: (Christina Aguilera, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Chicago etc: "I think the band's great"

247 MAGAZINE Nov 2010: "This female fronted troupe describe themselves as being from 'deepest, darkest Devon' and I'm sure there are darker things in Devon, but they certainly wouldn't be out of place in an 80s Brat Pack or 90s US teen vampire flick. Upbeat and energetic this sound is clearly influenced by some of those 80s greats, Cyndi Lauper & Blondie, though the sound isn't dissimilar to those 90s Britpop female fronted bands, Echobelly & Lush. Apologies for the reliance on comparison to female fronted bands but there's just no escaping it. The best place to hear this music would be in some bare brick walled underground pub with a cider & black in hand, all dolled up to the nines! Bring it on!"

Tom Robinson BBC Radio 6: "Absolutely Charming"

Red Stripe Music Award- "Kitty and the Lost Boys took to the stage and kicked the show into another gear. Fronted by the gorgeous Kitty, the band looked great together and delivered a tight performance, wowing the crowd with some great lyrics and Blondie influenced vocals."

Lemonrock review of 'True Baby': "This pop song was written by Kitty when she was 11. Given the standard of 'adult' pop tunes being touted on the radio today, this shows remarkable talent. Yes, it has a simple innocence, both lyrically and in the slightly over-compressed mix, but then, so do most Blondie songs. Here's to original home-grown UK pop! This song appears on Kitty & The Lost Boys first album "Losing The Habit".
