Where are the finesse players an

I have not been able to find anyone in this town who understands a dam thing about collaboration and determination. Above and beyond all of that, great sound dynamics and musicianship is needed. Add to that personal study of the material. I suppose that's just to much to ask for. So I do it on my own. This way I dont take any crap or hear any excuses from these players who only know how to play three chords....

This means that all three focused on a certain genre and personality for the song. To bad I'm one of the only people Ive met that really understands what that means....
