Other instruments he plays are the recorder, guitar and piano. He was a drummer in a band, 'Another Vertigo Rush' for 3 years in India. Now as a solo artist, he writes composes and sings his own songs. His music crosses over various genres and styles - from acoustic to lounge music. His main style is adult contemporary - Emo.

Jatin Puri's new single, "Last Song" was written as viewed by someone who is pushed to do what he doesn't want to do - and, the fact that the world and people around him expect too much from him. He sings this song as a last song before he leaves everything to do what he wants to do. This single is representative of other songs of Jatin's. Each song has a story of his life experiences. The style in which he tells them are very different than what you hear in the western style music. He incorporates his country's essence into his writings, which gives you a new, clean image of who Jatin Puri really is.

His music is soft - the guitar is played to perfection and the stories are timeless.

Jatin Puri is working with the music industry's top promotional company, A & R Select in West Hollywood, Ca., to assist in the licensing end of Jatin's music.
Although he would love to tour, he is focused on this end of the business at this time.
