Formed in early 2005, Forsake The Flesh spent the first six months writing all original material and honing their compositions. Their music is intricate and structured while retaining its crushing heaviness. Their songs are summoned forth from deep within the souls of its members, weaving toegether intricately evocative harmonies with violently brutal rhythms. Not written with regard to what would “sell” or what would sound “radio friendly”, each of Forsake The Flesh's songs is a personal experience, immersing the listener into the inner workings of the musicians themselves.
