Five Star Risings hails from the central valley of California. Born in March of 2004 the all original rock group has began climbing the ever so tall music ladder. The band started off winning a battle of the bands in May of 2004 . Just 3 months of playing together and writing new songs Five Star Rising pulled out on top of over 40+ bands in the competition. They were awarded a opening spot for their first national act The Spin Doctors. Since then FSR has played with over 17 National acts anywhere from CROSSFADE to BLUE OYSTER CULT.
