As soon your purchase is complete, Broadjam will provide you with a serial number and a URL where you can download your new music software. No shipping is necessary.




2. What if I need more information or technical support for a music software item? ^

Broadjam does not not provide technical support for Music Software items. But, if you hover over the “Music Software” item in the left menu and select “My Music Software Purchases/Serial Numbers,” you will see a list of all Music Software items that you have purchased. Click “view details/serial number” next to any item to see a link to the manufacturer’s website.
