Only songs the artist has selected to sell as downloads will have a “Buy” button next to it. If an artist is not selling a download of their song, you can check their albums page to see if the song is available for sale on a physical CD. However, some artists only sell music downloads when they believe there is a popular demand for their songs. You can let the artist know you want to buy one of their songs by sending them an email through the Contact page in their Artist Profile. By letting the artist know you want to buy a song download, the artist will know there are fans willing their music, and they may then activate a song for sale.
Fans, musicians, and industry pros, listen to and evaluate songs. After a song has been reviewed three times it becomes eligible for a Broadjam Top 10. The ten songs that have the highest average rating, based upon reviews, are placed on the Broadjam Top 10. Each genre also has a Top 10 that is comprised of the ten highest rated songs in that genre. All Broadjam Top 10’s are updated daily. Once a song has been evaluated, our algorithms determine the fairness of the review. When complete, placement in our ranking system is determined.
You haven’t disappeared, you just may have moved off the charts because other songs in your selected genre received more reviews with better ratings. We have numerous songs reviewed daily and other songs may have been ranked higher than yours. Your song is still eligible for review and may again appear in a Top 10.
If you are having problems locating your song in the Top 10 chart please make sure you are checking the correct category (i.e. genre, region, production, etc.) However, our Top 10 lists change daily, if a few days have passed since the email was sent you may no longer be listed in the top ten.
